Holdun Innovation & Technology Fund Ltd. (“HIT Fund” or “the Company”) (formerly Holden Falcon 5 Fund Ltd.) is a registered and licensed SMART Fund in the Commonwealth of The Bahamas.

On August 8, 2025, Falcon V FF C.V., MGFO-P Ltd. and Rothwell Derivatives Ltd. presented a winding up petition for the HIT Fund to be wound up by the Court in accordance with the Companies Act.

 

At the end of the presentation of the petition, the Commercial Division of The Supreme Court of the Commonwealth of The Bahamas (the “Court”) appointed Mr. Igal Wizman of EY Bahamas Ltd. and Mr. James B. Gomez of ECOVIS Bahamas on August 8, 2025, as Joint Provisional Liquidators (JPLs).
